Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policy
We believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and thus we maintain a very liberal cancellation policy. As per this policy:
  • Cancellations will be only acceptable if the request is made within an hour of placing the order. However, if the order has already been passed on to the vendors or merchants and they have processed the shipping then, a fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged as cancellation fee. It will be only applicable for the orders that have been shipped before the cancellation request have been placed or at the time of receiving by the customer. In case your order gets cancelled automatically by www.moxikart.com due to unavailability of the ordered product, no amount will be charged.
  • In case you receive any damaged or used product, please inform it to the customer care service desk so that our customer care service team issues a brand new replacement for you without charging any additional amount. However, it may take some time as the merchant himself will entertain the request to determine the same from his end. It should be reported at the time of delivery itself.
  • In case you receive a different product, you must inform it to the customer care service desk at the time of delivery of the product. Once the customer care team goes through an inspection of the complaint lodged, appropriate action will be taken.
  • For complaints related to products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please complain to the manufacturer.
How to cancel orders before you receive your product?
God forbid such a situation, but in case you get into any such situation, we are here to guide you through the entire procedure. In case you have placed the order and want to cancel it, then, kindly make a call to the customer care. For any further assistance, you can also choose to drop a mail or leave a Whatsapp text to get all the information you want.
How to cancel my order if it’s been already dispatched?
Most of the products get dispatched within 2 hours of placing the order but in some cases, the customers cancel the order due to some reason. In such a situation, they have to bear the cancellation charge of Rs. 200/-
Customers who are not eligible for a return or replacement
Sometimes the product ordered cannot be returned or replaced. It happens because of some specific reasons as per our return policy. These conditions are:
  • A product without the original packaging that includes the box along with all the other items that were there at the time of the delivery of the product.
  • Customers are not eligible for any damage or defacement of the product that is not covered under the warranty by the manufacturer.
  • Products in a fidgeted condition especially when they are missing the serial or UPC numbers.
  • Damage because of misusing the product
  • Irregular damage due to rough use of the product
Refund Policy
The below-mentioned refund policy is applicable to the buyers who have already cancelled their order.
  • Cancellation of the order before 24 hours of placing the order + process of shipping not done = complete refund
  • Cancellation done within 24 hours of placing the order + process of shipping done = cancellation fee will be chargeable
  • In case of online payers: Order cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order + process of shipping not done = 2% of the product value will be charged
  • In case of online payers: Order cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order          + process of shipping done = cancellation fee along with 2% of the product value
How to receive the refund?
Follow the step by step procedure, the refundable value of the product will be automatically credited to your bank account/credit or debit card within 7 to 10 business days.
